Presiden Prabowo Tetapkan 10 Hari Cuti Bersama ASN Tahun 2025, Hak Cuti Tahunan Tetap Aman
Presiden Prabowo Subianto resmi menetapkan cuti bersama bagi Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) untuk tahun 2025. Penetapan ini tidak akan mengurangi hak cuti tahunan yang dimiliki para pegawai ASN.
Keputusan tersebut tertuang dalam Keputusan Presiden (Keppres) Nomor 2 Tahun 2025 tentang Cuti Bersama Pegawai ASN, yang ditandatangani pada 16 Januari 2025.
Hak Cuti Tetap Dijamin
Salah satu poin penting dalam Keppres ini adalah perlindungan terhadap hak cuti tahunan pegawai ASN. Jika ASN tidak dapat menikmati cuti bersama karena alasan jabatan, hak cuti tahunan mereka akan ditambahkan sesuai dengan jumlah hari cuti bersama yang tidak dinikmati.
“Pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara yang karena jabatannya tidak diberikan hak atas cuti bersama, hak cuti tahunannya ditambah sesuai dengan jumlah cuti bersama yang tidak diberikan,” bunyi diktum ketiga Keppres tersebut.

Berdasarkan Keppres Nomor 2 Tahun 2025, ada total 10 hari cuti bersama yang diberikan kepada ASN. Berikut adalah jadwalnya:
- 28 Januari 2025 (Selasa): Cuti bersama Tahun Baru Imlek 2576 Kongzili.
- 28 Maret 2025 (Jumat): Cuti bersama Hari Suci Nyepi Tahun Baru Saka 1947.
- 2, 3, 4, dan 7 April 2025 (Rabu, Kamis, Jumat, dan Senin): Cuti bersama Hari Raya Idul Fitri 1446 Hijriah.
- 13 Mei 2025 (Selasa): Cuti bersama Hari Raya Waisak.
- 30 Mei 2025 (Jumat): Cuti bersama Kenaikan Yesus Kristus.
- 9 Juni 2025 (Senin): Cuti bersama Hari Raya Idul Adha 1446 Hijriah.
- 26 Desember 2025 (Jumat): Cuti bersama Kelahiran Yesus Kristus.
Kebijakan yang Mendukung Produktivitas
Kebijakan cuti bersama ini memberikan waktu istirahat yang cukup bagi ASN, sekaligus memastikan keseimbangan antara tanggung jawab pekerjaan dan kebutuhan pribadi. Dengan tetap menjaga hak cuti tahunan, Presiden Prabowo memastikan bahwa kebijakan ini tidak memberatkan para ASN yang memiliki peran strategis dalam tugas mereka.
Dengan 10 hari cuti bersama ini, ASN diharapkan dapat menikmati momen libur bersama keluarga tanpa kehilangan hak-hak cuti mereka.
