Restoran yang menyajikan hidangan khas Sunda ini didirikan oleh Arief Wirawangsadita pada 18 September 2004. Dengan konsep desain bernuansa pedesaan dan penggunaan bahasa Sunda, Bumbu Desa berhasil menghadirkan pengalaman autentik masakan tradisional Indonesia.

Bumbu Desa kini telah membuka cabangnya di berbagai negara seperti Malaysia, Australia, dan Singapura. Restoran ini menjadi salah satu ikon kuliner Nusantara yang memperkenalkan cita rasa Sunda ke lidah masyarakat dunia.


3. Es Teler 77

Berawal dari sebuah resep es teler karya Murniati Widjaja, Sukyatno Nugroho mendirikan Es Teler 77 dengan modal Rp1 juta. Resep pemenang lomba majalah tersebut menjadi fondasi dari kesuksesan bisnis yang kini mendunia.

Es Teler 77, dengan menu andalannya berupa campuran alpukat, kelapa muda, nangka, dan sirup, berhasil membuka cabang di Singapura, Australia, dan Malaysia. Angka “77” yang dianggap sebagai angka keberuntungan oleh Sukyatno ternyata benar-benar membawa kejayaan bagi bisnis ini.


4. Warung Padang London

Firdaus Bustamam membuktikan bahwa masakan Padang juga dicintai oleh masyarakat internasional. Dengan membuka Warung Padang London di Chinatown, Leicester Square, Inggris, ia menghadirkan cita rasa khas Sumatera Barat ke tanah Eropa.

Mulanya hanya iseng, namun keotentikan rasa masakan Padang menjadi magnet bagi para diaspora Indonesia maupun warga lokal. Tanpa promosi besar-besaran, warung ini sukses berkat rekomendasi dari mulut ke mulut.
