Produsen mobil mewah asal Italia, Lamborghini, kembali mengundur jadwal peluncuran mobil listrik pertamanya. Kendaraan yang semula dijadwalkan hadir pada 2028 kini diproyeksikan baru akan meluncur pada 2029.
CEO Lamborghini, Stephan Winkelmann, menjelaskan bahwa pasar mobil listrik untuk segmen supercar belum cukup matang untuk memenuhi ekspektasi konsumen.

“Kami tidak merasa 2029 terlalu terlambat untuk memperkenalkan mobil listrik. Di segmen kami, pasar belum akan siap pada 2025 atau 2026,” ujar Winkelmann, seperti dilansir Arena EV, Rabu (18/12/2024).
Pernyataan tersebut mencerminkan kekhawatiran sejumlah produsen mobil mewah terhadap kesiapan teknologi mobil listrik, khususnya untuk memenuhi performa tinggi dan sensasi berkendara khas supercar.
Mengandalkan Model Hybrid untuk Saat Ini
Lamborghini saat ini mengandalkan tiga model hybrid di lini produknya, yaitu Urus SE, Revuelto, dan Temerario yang baru saja diluncurkan dengan harga mulai dari €300.000.
Perusahaan menekankan pentingnya memastikan bahwa mobil listrik pertamanya tetap mencerminkan nilai-nilai khas Lamborghini, termasuk elemen suara mesin yang ikonik.
Mobil listrik pertama Lamborghini akan didasarkan pada konsep Lanzador yang diperkenalkan pada 2023. Kendaraan tersebut dirancang sebagai coupe mewah dengan konfigurasi tempat duduk 2+2.
Dari Konsep ke Produksi
Awalnya, Lanzador direncanakan masuk produksi pada 2028, namun kini target tersebut diundur hingga 2029. Sementara itu, nasib SUV listrik yang disebut-sebut akan menjadi pendamping Lanzador pada tahun yang sama masih belum diumumkan secara resmi.
Keputusan ini menegaskan fokus Lamborghini untuk memastikan setiap langkah elektrifikasinya tetap mempertahankan reputasi dan identitas merek sebagai produsen supercar mewah dengan performa tinggi.
